After placing an order, you will receive an email with a unique redemption code. Redeem this code in the COMU App to activate your membership benefits.
The COMU EU Store currently offers annual membership plans only. If you prefer a monthly plan, you can purchase one through the COMU App or COMU Web (web.comu.com).
Every COMU device includes the Starter Plan at no extra cost. It features unlimited real-time AI transcription, basic summaries, 500 Agent Workflow credits per month, and access to essential AI features.
Premium includes unlimited real-time translation, unlimited in-depth AI analysis, automatic Smart Classification, and 5.000 Agent Workflow credits per month.
Elite includes all Premium benefits and 40.000 Agent Workflow credits per month.
Plan Credits are reset at the start of each billing cycle. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
Eligible Starter users can activate a 7-day free trial. Premium and Elite plans share the same trial eligibility, and each user may claim it only once. After the trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan rate unless you cancel before the expiration date.
Agent Workflow credits are used for AI-powered workflows such as AI Deck Generation, AI Email Assistant, and AI Document Writing. Your monthly credit allowance depends on your membership plan:
Starter: 500 credits/month
Premium: 5.000 credits/month
Elite: 40.000 credits/month
Smart Classification helps organize your recordings and content. Starter members can classify content manually, while Premium and Elite members have access to automatic classification.
Yes. Cancellation does not immediately affect your benefits for the current billing period; once the period expires, your plan will automatically revert to the Starter Plan.
For paid plans (including Premium and Elite), your recordings and transcriptions will not be deleted when your subscription ends.
After your paid membership expires, your account will revert to the Starter Plan. You can still access your existing recordings and transcriptions, subject to the storage and feature limits of the Starter Plan. Your COMU workspace and existing files will also remain accessible.
